After quickly gaining a reputation for developing fresh, new creations for spirits giant Brown-Forman, Dave had become restless and eager for a new challenge. So in January of 1992 he started Pro-Liquitech, a beverage development consulting business, and set out on his mission to change what the world was drinking. Fast forward more than 30 years and 80,000 formulations later, and Dave’s little consulting business has developed into a world-class company and industry leader. Our state-of-the-art Beverage Campus in downtown Louisville, KY now occupies an entire city block and features our development and flavor labs, our classroom and distillery at Moonshine University, and our transformative new $8.5M, 27K-square-foot Scott Reed Production Building. And as we excitedly prepare to write the next chapter of our story with the opening of our new production building, let’s first take a moment to walk down memory lane and remember the successes and failures and trials and tribulations that have helped shape us into the dynamic company we are today.
