So the science of OCD which is nothing but obsessive compulsive disorder while OCD it is characterized by unreasonable obsessiveness Thoughts and fears that might lead to compulsive behavior. So these could be caused due to various methods and behaviors let us see one by one behavior sometimes people don't see all the symptoms which I am going to mention now not be the same for everyone it could be one or two or four or one or some times it would be only a thought sometimes it would be only behaviour for few others. So by behaviour what does it mean is I get irritated and I hear certain items unknowingly And I become more vigilant and and some times unknowingly repeated I use certain words that make no sense Neither to me nor to others these are the behavioral things so at times it could be the mood also so what are the moods some Times I'll beexpressing unnecessary amounts of anxiety guilt fear that are the mood related symptoms it could also be psychological like depression nightmares and I feel that they are repetitively Factors to How to Overcome It Let's See How to Handle This Situation All by Our Sales First When ever I get into the mode that unawareness I am entering into the repetitively to cut that pattern and focus on the current activity which I have supposed to evolve from For example people who are at home, they are cooking something and all of a sudden they are hijacked with two yesterdays or three months before issues which they had to encounter with their family and friends and otherwise they are hijacking they need to pull Let them focus on the current activity with which They will be able to overcome the obsessive thought And for the behavior when ever I am repeating those actions I need to first focus on that I am repeating and I need to Once I stop it, there is a chance that I can stop it at that moment I am giving myself the choice to continue it or to stop doing it over and over again OCD is completely self-limiting Initially when it is going out of my hands then it is better to seek a professional support and with therapy and at times with medication most of the OCDs are curable and treatable thank you.
