Persistently depressed people tend to have an overactive right (emotional) hemisphere. This tone session reduces the dominant activity in the right brain hemisphere while increasing activity in the left. The aim is to try and give more control over the left (logical) brain and reduce irrational and overly emotional thought patterns. Headphones are essential for this track to work correctly. This track sends a different speed of isochronic beat into each ear so that you can target each side of the brain differently. You need headphones to isolate each ear.
