For early access to releases, requests, and exclusive content: / emeroyb Follow my dance company, Temper Tantrum! / @tempertantrumm Follow my social media company, Vision Paradox! / @visionparadox For today's episode of "Professional Dancer Reacts" I react to RIIZE "Bag Bad Back" Practice Video. This is what real practice footage looks like, and honestly? It made everything hit so much harder. Six members bringing serious swag and technical skill that had me questioning everything I thought I knew about current K-pop choreography. What absolutely got me: -The evolution is real - This isn't just about hitting sharp pictures anymore. These newer groups are bringing grooves, textures, and body control that's on a completely different level than what I used to react to. -That synchronization though - When all six of them hit those steps at the same time, you can actually HEAR their feet land together. Music to my ears as a dancer. -It's deceptively difficult - Some of the choreo looks simple on the surface, but then you realize the push and precision needed to make it look that effortless. That's the mark of advanced technique. -The small nuances are everything - How they step into grooves, the heel-toe work, the way they change textures and control their bodies through different sections. This is choreography that prioritizes flow and grounded movement over flashy formations. -Conviction makes everything cool - There are moves that would look silly if you did them, but when they do it with full commitment and attitude? Suddenly it's the dopest thing ever. Real talk - this was Max's first time seeing RIIZE too, and now we're both convinced we need to dive deeper into their catalog.
