Hi! Today I'm sharing what I'll be doing this Valentine's Day at home. As a minimalist, I love simplifying everything and using what I already have at home to make things from scratch. #minimalistliving #veganrecipes #slowlivingvlog ♡ pop tart recipe ♡ Dough: 1.5 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp organic vanilla coconut sugar 8 tbsp cold vegan butter 5 tbsp cold water Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a mixer or in a bowl with a whisk. Cut the butter into cubes and add in one at a time while mixing. Once all the butter has been fully mixed in, add 5 tbsp cold water one spoonful at a time. The dough should be slightly formed and not too sticky. Pop it in the fridge for 20 min, then roll out the dough. Filling: Use any fruit you want for the filling! Just make sure if you're using frozen fruit that you simmer it on the stovetop for about 5 min and let it cool before putting the pop tart together. One suggestion I have that I didn't mention in the video is to add cinnamon to peaches or nectarines for extra flavor!
