Did you know this about The Vampairs Series? Just a few days ago, a major announcement was made by the creator of the series, Daria Cohen. She revealed that a full pilot episode of the show is now in development! For those unfamiliar, Daria gained popularity for her animated music videos, where she skillfully wove music into the story. But now, the characters will finally have their own voices—and not just any voices. For example, Duke, the main vampire of the series, will be voiced by Voltaire himself! Yes, the Voltaire—the singer who inspired Daria’s series and whose music she used in the early animations But that’s not all—we’ve already been teased with the first glimpses of the pilot episode. Interestingly, the story has some differences compared to the original animated clip. The animation will be handled by The Hive Studio, the script is being written by Maxwell Atoms (the creator of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy), and the music will be composed by Voltaire and Paul Shapera.
