It’s crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for parties or a quick evening treat. 🛒 Ingredients You'll Need: For the Paneer Prep: • Paneer: 200g (cubed) • Cornflour: 2-3 tbsp • Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp • Salt: To taste • Oil: For frying For the Sauce & Stir-fry: • Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp • Chopped Onion: 1 cup • Capsicum & Onion: (Cut into cubes) • Green Chillies: Chopped • Tomato Hot Sauce: 2 tbsp • Tomato Sauce: 1 tbsp • Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp • Soya Sauce: 3/4 tbsp • Vinegar: 1/4 tbsp • Spring Onion: 1 cup (chopped) • White Sesame Seeds: 1/2 tsp • Cornflour Slurry: 2 tsp cornflour mixed with water 👩🍳 Cooking Steps: 1. Coat the Paneer: In a bowl, toss paneer cubes with cornflour, black pepper, and salt until well coated. 2. Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer until golden and crispy. Set aside. 3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, heat 1-2 tbsp oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped onions. Fry well. 4. Add Veggies: Toss in the capsicum cubes, onion cubes, and green chillies. Sauté until slightly tender but still crunchy. 5. The Sauces: Stir in the Red Chilli Sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar. Add salt to taste and mix well. 6. Thicken: Pour in the cornflour paste (slurry) to give the sauce a beautiful glossy texture. 7. Final Toss: Add the fried paneer back into the pan. Mix well so every piece is coated. 8. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh spring onions and white sesame seeds.
