If you would like to throw a few bucks my way for this mission, I would deeply appreciate it. / paleobarbie Keto Crockpot Breakfast Casserole 2 zucchini shredded 18 eggs 1 cup unsweet almond milk 1 tube of sausage cooked 1 package of frozen chopped onions and peppers 4 cups of shredded cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic Cook the sausage and add the onions and peppers to warm them up. Shred the zucchini and set aside. Beat 18 eggs and add seasonings. Combine everything but two cups of the cheese in the crockpot. ( spray the crockpot with none stick spray) Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. I cooked mine 7 hours.
