#HyundaiSantaCruz #compactpickup #pickupreview We finally had the chance to test what’s basically a Tucson with a bigger trunk, the 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz. It’s not a bad car, but it's definitely an odd choice for a pickup. This compact pickup is one of two in the Canadian market, and has yet to offer any kind of electrification, while the competition (Ford's Maverick) does have an available hybrid. It’s a cheaper and smaller alternative to a full-size pickup but I can’t help but wonder if people in regular-sized trucks were looking down on me, both literally and figuratively, judging this small pickup for its bold looks and smaller stature.
