BioTrackTHC Instructional Video Series for NM BioTrackTHC Traceability system. This video is a follow up to our previous videos on the basic sub-lotting process. Track & Trace states do not have a merge or undo option for mistakes with the sub-lot function. The video focuses on the recommended process for "undo"-ing a sublot of a product in BioTrack. We go step by step through the adjustment process of adjusting each batch back to the initial weight/qty. Best practices would be to do everything possible to prevent mistakes. If however a mistake is made the key thing to remember is to undo a sublot you must adjust all of the batches involved. If you do not have the necessary permissions to adjust the batches in BioTrack you may have to involve a supervisor which does have the permissions to make the adjustment.
