We grow different mushrooms, but in November and December there are a lot of delicious mushrooms: blue root (Sininozhka). Having collected a bucket of mushrooms for 1 hour, we went home and cooked a delicious dinner on a fire with smoke. For dinner, we cooked 2 domestic ducks with potatoes fried in oil and mushrooms. The recipe was recorded on video and decided to share this video of the evening dinner with you! Dinner was very tasty, roast duck is always delicious! Mushrooms fried with onions were also very tasty. We fried some part of the mushrooms, and from the main part of the mushrooms we made delicious twists by marinating the mushrooms for the New Year's festive table.
