Although there are many things that divide the myriad cultures in Europe, I think it's safe to say that we are united by our love of cheese ❤🧀 This why we went to Idiazabal to celebrate a mixture of cultures on the European Cheese Route which brings together artisan cheesemakers to share their knowledge and of course indulge in their delicious products. Bon appetit! --- Hay cosas que nos diferencian a las distintas culturas europeas, pero hay una que nos une de sobremanera: nuestro amor por el queso ❤🧀 Por este motivo nos fuimos a Idiazabal a celebrar la mezcla de culturas de la “Ruta Europea del Queso”, que reúne a los artesanos queseros para compartir sus conocimientos, tradiciones y maneras de hacer.
