Stop Snap Hooking The Driver FOREVER! The Best Practice Drill for Straighter, Longer Drives! If your tee shots quickly snap hook to the left, you’re not alone — and you’re not making an over the top golf swing with the driver. The real issue is usually an in-to-out golf swing path that stays too far right for too long, combined with a clubface that gets too closed to the path at impact. Join This Channel to Get Access to Exclusive Member's Only Perks: / @thegolftykoon In this video, I’ll show you my tour-level practice drill that eliminates snap hooks and helps you bomb your driver straight down the fairway. This isn’t a band-aid fix. It’s a structured practice solution that teaches you how to: • Stop snap hooking your driver • Fix an overly in-to-out golf swing • Control face-to-path relationship • Trace the arc correctly through impact • Release the club for speed without shutting the face down • Keep the shoulders turning while the arms exit around the body Most golfers trying to fix a slice accidentally go too far the other direction. They shallow the club, over-tilt, and try to “release it harder” for speed — which leads to pull hooks, snap hooks, and low bullets left. The key is learning the difference between: “In-to-out more” vs. “In-to-out long enough.” When your arms trace the arc around your body and the clubface stays stable relative to the path, you can swing aggressively without fearing the left side of the course. If you’re struggling with: Snap hook driver Pull hook off the tee Driver starts right and dives left Too much in-to-out swing path Closed clubface at impact This drill will help you straighten it out and gain confidence off the tee.
