The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted people’s concerns toward the environment. More now than ever, it seems, people are making a conscious effort to recycle their waste, and they’re intent on doing it right. However, what many people don’t realize is that small pieces of plastic are often dumped to be incinerated or buried because there just aren’t enough resources to separate them from the mountains of trash thrown away every day.
