Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, butter, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and let it rest for a few minutes. 2. Prepare the cherries: In a pot, add frozen cherries and sugar. Stir gently and heat for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Drain and set aside to cool. 3. Shape the rolls: Divide the dough into portions. Roll each portion, add cherries, and roll into small cylinders. Place them on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes until golden. 4. Make the cream: In a bowl, mix sour cream with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. 5. Assemble: Once the rolls are slightly cooled, spread some cream on a plate. Layer the rolls, spreading cream between each layer. 6. Chill: Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set. 7. Finish & serve: Dust with cocoa powder and cut into pieces.
