By Penlope Sikazwe President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has directed the Secretary to the Cabinet to allow civil servants in the country access vehicles at all times to improve in service delivery. The measure is expected to boost their efficiency in the place of work to help Government successfully carry through various programmes to cushion the impact of drought on the economy. Speaking during a Press Conference at Statehouse, President HICHILEMA emphasised the need for a 24-hour economy where the workplace hours are NOT only limited to the traditional EIGHT hours.
