My First British Airways Trip Report from Grenoble to London Gatwick on board the Airbus A320 on the beginning of 2023 :) BA has always been on my list of airlines that I would like to fly very high. So as soon as the opportunity arose, I decided to take advantage of it and I was not disappointed!! I believe that the price-quality ratio in this airline is probably the highest in Europe (I say probably because I haven't flown every high-budget airline). For the price of about 40 € (very comparable to low cost) we get the option of bringing in hand luggage, which in low-cost lines is an additional fee. The plane is clean, with a very nice and modern interior, equipped with free Wi-Fi and charging sockets, punctual flight and a very laid-back, friendly crew. Just a great airline!!! The price also includes a small snack in the form of a candy bar and water. For example, Lufthansa sells much more expensive tickets, and their planes have neither Wi-Fi nor sockets. Maybe these are not the most important things, but they make a good impression and greatly affect the comfort of the flight. As for the Grenoble airport, it has very low Google reviews, due to the huge crowd in the small terminal unsuitable for such a number of passengers. In general, I had an early flight, so there were not so many passengers, I quickly moved to the gate. But if your flight will be departing during the hour of heavy traffic, I recommend to be 2.5 hours before departure for your own peace of mind. You can get from the city of Grenoble to the airport by Shuttle Bus, which has a reasonable timetable for departure times. The airport has free Wi-Fi and slot machines, which I have never seen at the airport before, but I like it very much :) Very interesting idea! The flight itself was very interesting, after taking off from runway 27 we encountered strong turbulence (the airport is located close to the Alps, so it was to be expected :D ) that lasted for a good 20 minutes, until I felt like throwing up :PP Interesting experience, worth sacrificing the stomach ;) Later I could admire the beautiful view of Paris and the Charles de Gaulle airport, from which the Emirates Airbus A380 has jest took off to Dubai. What a hit!!! :) Then we started to descend, flying to the UK over the English Channel to land on runway 26L. I also managed to see London from a distance :) I'm very happy with this video, everything I wanted I managed to record and I hope you like it :D And you ?
