‘Palestine Action is back’: Terror ban ruled unlawful by High Court | The View From

The High Court has ruled that the Home Office’s decision to ban Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was unlawful, a significant setback for the government. The Guardian was at the Royal Courts of Justice as opponents to the ban gathered again, expecting to be arrested, and documented their celebrations as the judgment was released. While the ruling called for the ban to be overturned, it remains in place as the Home Office prepares an appeal.
