How to End Isolation from Bipolar Depression | HealthyPlace

When you live with bipolar depression, isolation can become a major challenge in your life. I know because this past year I was isolated from friends and family. The longer the isolation continued, the more anxious I became about being around other people. I realized that the isolation from my bipolar depression was beginning to get out of control and I needed to take action. In this video, I share my personal experience with isolation as someone living with bipolar 2 and share ways to end it. Challenging myself and taking baby steps to get out of isolation improved my mental health. Small steps such as working outside of the house some mornings and meeting up with friends have helped me slowly get out of isolation.
