Singer, Brian Kennedy takes full advantage of The Six O'Clock Show sofa and tells Martin King and Una Healy about his recent health problems. Brian explains how he had cancer and had to go through chemotherapy. Soon after he recovered, he felt "seriously unwell." He walked to the hospital since it's next to his house and was told he was having "a massive heart attack." He mentions how a Dublin lady told him 'at least he saved €50.' (The cost of the ambulance). He then explains how soon after his quadruple bypass surgery, he caught COVID 19. Later Martin asks him about growing up in Belfast and Brian explains the reasons why he had to leave. He mentions how being gay at the time, he realised his 'mouth was going to get him in trouble' as he kept questioning things around him like why his mother had to do most of the housework while also working a full-time job.
