Howdy, have you just seen the announcement daily from Hobbyking for the Super Kinetic? If you have, watch this. This is the 2nd time out with this model as the first time it fell into pieces by it's 3rd flight. I'll post part #1 shortly too, Matt IMPORTANT ================ So that we're ALL on the same page. I feel it's important to stress that the H-King Super Kinetic was bought out of my OWN money, for my own abuses and was NOT a "Freebie for Review". I bought my H-King Super Kinetic here http://bit.ly/2GPUo9W Super Kinetic Aerobatic Sport Glider ========== So I'm guessing you've seen the recent "HobbyKing Announcement Daily" here    • H-King Super Kinetic Aerobatic Sport Glide...   for the not so super, super kinetic. This episode is actually for her 4th flight because on the 2nd flight the tail snapped in half and on the 3rd flight the nose fell off due to poor gluing. I like the look of this plane and I've modded her to make her more robust by adding a load of carbon strip and rods (see here http://bit.ly/2JznLv0 ) to give her a new lease of life. The model does fly great and is a mini durafly excalibur (see this video for more on that one    • Meet "Toothless" (Durafly Excalibur Overvi...   ) however you need to be a A+ pilot to have any life expectancy of this model. As far as battryer space, you're really limited. Fitting in a 1300mAh 3S is not fun and really 800mAh batteries are better suited. If you melt out a deeper groove for the rudder and fit the ball link on the control horn on the inner most hole, you can get this one to knife edge rather well. Anyway.... To clarify, the bad points: #1 The glue used to hold the nose on is lacking #2 The fuse will snap in half behind the black plate #3 DO NOT turn when flying slowly, she will tip stall on you #4 You need to be a better pilot than me to get more than 4 flights out of it without breaking it. And the good points: #1 Looks the nuts #2 Flies fast #3 If you modd the rudder, you can knife edge it too! So in Summary... ------------------------------- It looks the nuts, but be fully aware you'll be repairing it after the 2nd flight and you also need to be a A+ pilot to keep it in one piece for more than a weekend of flying. Frankly speaking, I'd not buy it again.
