How can you grow as a Spiritual Advisor? Like most everything in life, practice, practice, practice. And having a role model or mentor is also essential. St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac are wonderful role models for a spiritual advisor. They were present and listened in person or by mail, to those who shared their mission. They encouraged the creative development of many new works based on the needs presented to them.
