FISH N CHIPS RECIPE 1 CUP All purpose flour 1 CUP Whole Milk 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 4 Teaspoons Black Pepper Canola or Sunflower Oil Salt fillets and sprinkle with pepper. Mix flour and baking powder and milk until thick batter is formed. Add pepper to batter. Dip and fry until golden brown.
