There are two main clinics in the Metro Halifax area where you can find open doctors that are willing to prescribe Cannabis. The problem is they seem to be in bed with the LP's. It should not be there concern considering that the Dispensaries model is they only solution for "reasonable access" . 10 Gram minimum per strain to purchase is not reasonable access for many people that do not have access to that king of money. Yes it is still not a lot of money to produce but it still can be challenging for some people. There is also concerns about LP weed, and the Health Canada approved pesticides that can be sprayed on them during the flower cycle. These are just a few of the reasons why Marijuana needs to be allowed to be accessed more freely, with fewer restrictions. What we really need is a right to grow our own medicine. Cannabis is a plant with no victims. The only victims concerning Pot are people harmed due to Cannabis prohibition. Weather that is because of the organized crime element, or is simple that fact that thousands of Canadians are arrested every year in this country due to simple marijuana possession.
