Happy Saturday my friends — and welcome to a new (and extremely long) vlog! If you haven't had enough of me after watching this... I'll be surprised 😅 Also, please remind me never to record FIVE (!!!) hours of content for ONE vlog ever again. The editing struggle was real, hence the long video. That being said, I'm so happy to invite you to join me for a few days in my life, working and living in my hometown Notodden, Norway! You'll come with me to work, but we'll aIso see some of what Notodden has to offer to both its residents and visitors. Notodden is part of Telemark county, and it's such a beautiful place. The area is full of history and traditions. I'm especially excited to show you Heddal Stave Church, the World's largest stave church, built in the 13th century. There's also "Bygdetunet," and this new art installation called "TRE" (which means "Tree"). Not to mention the stunning view from Eikeskar. Notodden is also part of the UNESCO world industrial heritage, and my office happens to be located right in the middle of it! Making YouTube videos is my creative outlet. I'm aware that the videos might not be the most entertaining or professional, and I might not be able to provide the best value for you as a viewer. However, I create value for myself, and that's something as well. By making these videos, I find beauty in the mundane. I'm having so much fun, and it helps me remember the positive sides in a busy everyday life.
