What do LGBT+ people do when they live in vans, buses, and other vehicles and want to hang out with other like-minded people? We all come together in the desert for a huge #vanlifemeetup with our friends and allies! 2022 marks the inaugural edition of #VanlifePRIDE - and it was an incredible event at the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona. Organized by Abi and Nat from @letsplayrideandseek, #VanlifePride2022 was an even bigger success than anyone could have imagined. People came from all over North America, and even Europe, to celebrate with us. There was a bonfire that always seemed to be going, an impromptu drag show, music, delicious food, and even a surprise marriage proposal! And speaking of food, it was decided that so everyone could take part that the food would be vegan - and that called for Michael's (famous?) Vegan Butter Tofu. We were very worried about making it vegan. I mean, "butter" is in the name. But Michael pulled it off and it was one of the most popular dishes.
