And no — this is not about overcoding. It’s about capturing the work you are already doing. Because here’s the truth: Most PCPs are not underworking. They’re under-documenting and under-capturing. Let’s talk about where that happens. 1️⃣ Level 4 and level 5 Visits (99214, 99215 ) This is the most underused code in primary care. Why? Because many providers are afraid.
