In this tutorial, I will show you a number of poses you can practice using the wheel to help increase your hamstring flexibility. There are so many ways that one can use the yoga wheel to support us on your journey, but many of us aren't sure how to make the most of the wheel. This class will show you the many ways you can make use of this prop to counter tight hamstrings. The yoga wheel is a circular shaped hollow object that is a wonderful prop to have as part of your yoga kit. We know it can be a great way to help you improve your flexibility or a strengthening your body.
