In this plant run of mine hematite is %45Fe rate -250mm sized. Different size crushed and screened hematite iron ores are classified and after beneficiated with varient high intensity permroll magnetic separators. In this video different magnetic intensity permroll separators are used for different fractioned ores. Here we use different roll magnetic separators for varient sized ores. BAS® High Intensity Permrolls are used their's effective magnetic intensities between 1,1 - 1,5 Tesla. After this separation hematites comes to min %55-58 Fe rate with limited Fe tailings.
