UNDERSTANDING SPIRITUAL ROOTS OF DISEASE - THE FUNDAMENTALS (24min)

Dr Frans J Cronje is a South African medical doctor with a masters of science degree. He works at the University of Stellenbosch near Cape Town. In May 2010 he participated in a training program hosted by Be in Health Global in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During the meeting he presented a 24-min Biblical perspective of disease to a group of physicians, psychiatrists and pastors. The objective was: (1) to provide a basic framework that would permit better dialogue between the practitioners of spirit, soul and body and (2) to bridge some of the gaps in our understanding of spiritual, psychological and biological factors in health and disease. During this meeting, the term Pneumapsychosomatology was adopted for this initiative. It is now a registered trademark of Be in Health Inc.
