Welcome subscribers and visitors. Here is another mellow video that I hope you will enjoy. Yesterday, I upgraded my former Studio One 6 DAW to Fender Studio 8 DAW and it came with an astonishingly wide variety of new digital tools and special effects. For the past six months I have been upgrading my virtual studio. Since I sold most of my music equipment like keyboards and effects pedals, mixers, and speakers. The transition to an all-virtual studio residing only in my PC (I use three PCs) has been challenging. Still much to do. I had planned to introduce a livelier and more exciting tune, but I am having issues with DaVinci Resolve rendering my video. Some of the video clips keep failing with the newest upgrade. Occasionally, when I use too many ten second clips sequentially my videos won't render. And when I correct the issue, another issue pops up elsewhere. It only happen when I use Klingai.com clips. After I resolve (no pun intended) the issue I will upload something that I've worked on for over a month that is a cinematic progressive electronica tune that rocks! It's heavier than anything I've uploaded to date. If it gets good reception I will continue to upload more rocking tunes. It's a big departure for me. I also can use my own lyrics in the mix and make it female or male, or both as a duet. I took a music composition course last Fall in how to properly structure my compositions, to use templates, midi, and samples to enhance my music. Loops and samples are like having additional band members. Several months ago, I downloaded over 150,000 samples (450GB), loops, special effects, and music kits from Black Octopus, GhostHack, and LoopMasters. I have been busy and it looks like that won't change. So, I don't know what my music will sound like in the months ahead, but mostly I will still do Ambient, Cinematic, Symphonic, Trailer Music, Berlin School, and Progressive Rock. As a one-man-band hobbyist, I hope to improve my sound and make it bigger and more polished as if I have several other members in my band too. BTW, I have added over a thousand brilliant guitar solo samples to my kit. I play the guitar terribly so I have not used much guitar in my previous works although I wanted to. So, I am excited to add a few wailing guitars tracks and a bunch of drums too. I hope you will be as excited as me.
