This Valentine’s weekend was exactly what I needed, just a quiet couple of days away from the usual routine. The hotel was calm and comfortable, and I spent my time just relaxing. Walking through the garden was nice and peaceful, and it felt good to stretch my legs a little. The hotel’s leisure facilities had a heated pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and plunge pool. Dinner at the hotel was simple but good. We did some Blocks in Bloom flowers from Aldi, which was so fun to make. The next day was sunny, had a chance to walk to the park. We ended the weekend at a cozy café, which was a calm way to wrap things up. Quiet time, a few relaxing moments, and a chance to reset.
