You may be familiar with the Russian folk song "Korobeiniki", better known as the Tetris theme song. I didn't tell the string quartet which song it was, I wanted to see if they would figure it out. They sort of did. I also wish I did a better job of arranging this piece. Maybe I could have made it longer and more adventurous sounding. I don't like how the ending just fades. But this was more of a test to see if the idea worked. Now that I know it does, maybe I can revisit it in the future. I'm also working hard to get the sheet music and MP3 uploaded, so give me a few more days for that.
