Wiz Khalifa Custom Dirt Bike Build

We built a custom dirt bike for Wiz Khalifa to celebrate the collaboration of Thrill Seekers and Wiz’s brand Khalifa Kush. For the project, we took a brand new Stark Varg MX straight from the crate and stripped it down to it’s core with a 10 day time limit to customize the bike and have it ready for the San Diego concert of Wiz Khalifa’s ‘Good Vibes Only Tour’. Our goal for the bike was to make it mostly Black with small accents of Yellow, catering to the symbolic Black & Yellow color scheme related to the legendary rapper from Pittsburgh… and also, y’all know the song. We started with the main components of the build, powder coating the side pieces of the frame, sub-frame, swingarm, brake pedal, sprocket, shock spring and upper fork tubes all black to give it a steezy and stealthy appeal. Special thanks to my dad Bob Prida at RP Racing in El Cajon, CA for pulling apart and rebuilding the forks and shock on a dime, and a huge thanks to Chris Reaves and his team at Powder1 for getting the parts coated and finished in two days for us. The last step to making the body of the bike mostly black was to paint the plastics kit since there are no black plastics available on the market. We popped up a paint booth outside of our workshop and spent two days prepping, painting and finishing the body kit before installing it and having it ready for the final touches. Now for the design, what we specialize in here at Thrill Seekers. Of course, we had to start the bike design around the seat cover which features the new Khalifa Kush x Thrill Seekers collab ‘KK’ material (Releasing this November 2025). The KK all over print on the top panel, black sides, yellow thread and a black&yellow limited edition KKxThrill Seekers patch set a mean and luxurious tone for the rest of the graphics kit to follow. Cam created the design for the graphics, a simplicity of mostly Black with logos in Yellow and the KK monogram print ghosted into the side panels. We printed the graphics kit in-house, making small adjustments to the gradients and details to guarantee visual perfection, laminating it in a matte finish. The cherry on top is the Khalifa Kush x Thrill Seekers bar bag, which we made here at our shop in Pacific Beach, CA featuring some exclusive details such as interior elastic to hold your doob tubes & lighters. One day before the show, we had the bike fully finished. Chaddy spent the afternoon in the studio shooting images of the bike and gathering product images of the seat cover and bar bag that will be featured on our site in Nov. ’25. On Friday, Aug. 8 we surprised Wiz with the bike backstage at his San Diego, CA show. He was pretty damn hungover, but stoked and thankful. His boys (not so hungover) were next level hyped, taking turns to cruise it around the parking lot. As always, we had a good ass time building this bike. At the end of the day, we don’t do things unless we have a good time doin’ them. We’re excited to get Wiz out on two wheels and spend some time in the dirt with him.
