Preparation For The DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) Test. Thomas International's PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) is based on the so called DISC Test. This test provides information about a person’s fears, motivators, values and behavioural style using 4 profile factors. Everyone has not just one factor but a combination of all 4 factors to varying degrees which gives you an indication of how a person behaves at work in different circumstances.
