「太上修真體元妙道經之破惑守一訣」 道之於物，物之於道，始於忘象。有三千六百之小門，而生八萬四千之大惑。往往速於求異，稽於造真。千人萬人之進學，無一無半之成道。以其惑之守也，不明其的也。人皆以龍虎為首，非也；以金丹赤藥，非也；以鳳髓鴉神，非也；以玉蕊金花，非也；以朱鉛黑汞，非也；以心腎為水火，非也；以脾土肝木，非也；以吞津納氣，非也；以朝日采月，非也；以嚅山嘯林，漱泉臥石，日以咽霞，夕以瞻斗，俱非也。每每學者不思其祖，而求其孫。不知太極未肇，人物未分之前，還有如是之類乎？大要之用，百千萬億之人，未嘗守之，豈不惑之又惑，迷之轉迷哉。 訣曰：龍虎非為道，吞津不是功，丹霞非采日，神化不歸風。祖氣誰曾識？真宗孰可窮，須臾端的事，三界悉皆通。 「太上修真體元妙道經之破惑守一訣」為南宋劉元瑞所撰。人們在追求道的過程中常陷入眾多迷惑，一味地將龍虎、金丹、鳳髓鴉神、玉蕊金花等視為修煉的關鍵，實際上這些都是偏離正道。這些只是輔助，真正的修煉除了吞津納氣、朝日采月等，而應深入理解道的本質和原理。盲目追求和缺乏對道根源性認識是有背離正道的，只有回歸到根本，才能真正實現與道的合一。真正的修為在於認識自己的祖氣（即生命的本源之氣），探索真宗（即修道的真諦），把握事物的根本道理，從而達到三界的通達。“守一”不僅僅是指專注於一個目標或者狀態，更重要的是指保持心靈的純淨和集中，不受外界干擾。在精神層面實現更高的自由度，從而更接近於“道”的本質。聆聽此訣，感受其本質，一旦把握了修道的根本，就能夠貫通三界（即天地人三界）。 "Tai Shang Xiu Zhen Ti Yuan Miao Dao Jing Zhi Po Huo Shou Yi Jue" was authored by Liu Yuanrui during the Southern Song Dynasty. In their pursuit of the Tao, people often fall into numerous illusions, mistakenly regarding dragons and tigers, golden elixirs, phoenix marrow and raven deities, jade stamens and golden flowers, and the like, as crucial to their cultivation. In reality, these deviations lead one astray from the proper path; they are merely auxiliaries. True cultivation involves not only practices such as ingesting saliva and regulating breath, absorbing the sun's energy in the morning and the moon's at night, but also deeply understanding the essence and principles of the Tao. Blind pursuit and a lack of understanding of the fundamental nature of the Tao lead one astray. Only by returning to the fundamentals can one truly achieve unity with the Tao. Genuine cultivation lies in recognizing one's primordial qi (the fundamental life force), exploring the true essence of cultivation (the true meaning of the Tao), grasping the fundamental truths of things, and thus achieving access to the Three Realms (i.e., Heaven, Earth, and Humanity). "Shou Yi" (guarding the one) does not merely refer to focusing on a single goal or state; more importantly, it signifies maintaining purity and concentration of the mind, unperturbed by external disturbances. By achieving a higher degree of spiritual freedom on the mental plane, one draws closer to the essence of the "Tao." Upon listening to this scripture, one should feel its essence.
