Shahre Rey Bazaar was built during the Safavid era and was rebuilt during the Qajar era by the order of Amir Kabir. Shahre Rey is one of the historical markets in Ray city. This bazaar is located in the north of Shah Abd al-Azim's mausoleum, Ray bazaar. Ray bazaar consists of two rows of bazaars that form a four souq at their intersection. Since ancient times, this place was one of the centers for the sale of spices, traditional medicines and commercial goods, which were used by merchants through the Silk Road.
