Then, Salvatore brings you inside the church and gives you are virtual tour of the altars and unique features of the St. Louis Cathedral which include murals, stained glass windows, a clam shelled lectern, wooden confessional, artifacts from the visit of Pope John Paul II in September of 1987, and the crypt which is located below the floor of the cathedral. The Saint Louis Cathedral is one of the most photographed landmarks in the United States of America and is open free to the public.
