In the next episode of beyond Design Women in the AEC Industry, we are privileged to have with us Hargeet Kaur. Hargeet is a young talented Project Manager who is enthusiastic and passionate about the digital transformation in the AEC industry. She advocates about the wastes/ non- value activities in the construction processes and how using the combined approach of Lean principles and BIM functionalities could benefit the Construction processes. At a young age, she has obtained a MSc. in Construction and Real Estate Management (CONREM) and MSc. in Integrative Technologies and Architectural Design Research. She is currently a member of the steering committee of the International Construction Project Management Association as the YICPMA representative. She comes from India and currently works in the German Construction Industry as a project manager.
