Motorcycle built from 2cv donor car , using rear wings , engine and gearbox , speedo , original pedals etc. along various Harley Davidson cycle parts , mainly forks , stock , wheels and yoke Here is a brief description of the process Frame donor was bent Harley Frame was cut on both bottom tubes where they joined harley fake hardtail pivot plates and at about center of tank position on top tubethen all rest was skipped ! " tube was inserted into head stock and centered on 8 x 8 RSJ strongback centerline Engine crank centered on RSJ centerline Gearbox driveshaft output shafts squared to RSJ Rear wheel centered on RSJ centerline Diff welded, so as to allow inboard disk on the other side for effective rear brake via chain ( none on wheel) the bearings are ample and massive ball races and shared across the gearbox (otherwise one could just plate lock the non driving side) Drive and driven sprockets both same size /teeth so drive ratio is 1 to 1 from the original shaft output 34 teeth I think Fork rake standard Harley sportster Clutch hand and foot operated (Either or both at once) Flywheel untouched and runs smooth and sweetly plenty torque No thought for comfort..I wont be on it for 8 hours straight Rear tyre is huge ,230 65 17 or something like that But rolling radius is within a gnat's whisker of the standard 2cv 15" wheel and 135 tyre...apologies for somewhat shaky video !
