Significant milestones have been achieved on site as the project advances steadily through the structural phase of development. Raft foundation works have been fully completed, establishing a strong base for the building. Carpentry decking has been successfully executed in preparation for the ground floor slab, alongside the completion of ground floor decking reinforcement works. Post-tensioning works have now been finalized, enhancing structural strength and long-term durability. Essential services are progressing efficiently, with plumbing first-fix piping and electrical sleeve installations completed. External carpentry boarding and drop beam reinforcement works have also been concluded, positioning the project for its next stage. Most notably, ground floor concrete casting has been completed across the entire site, with approximately 840 cubic meters of concrete poured. Concrete cube casting and testing have also been carried out to ensure strict quality control and compliance with engineering standards. Looking ahead, construction will continue at strong pace into the next quarter with the completion of the mezzanine floor slab, followed by the first floor slab. Columns will then be extended to receive the second floor slab, alongside the commencement of blockwork on the mezzanine level.
