Este vídeo ilustra uma saída de Pesca de Kayak aos chocos em Setúbal, na companhia dos meus amigos Carlos Rosa, Vitor Matos, Julien Gonçalves e da minha esposa (Madelaine Jerónimo), em que as condições meteorológicas foram aceitáveis, o que proporcionou uma agradável Jornada de Pesca de Kayak. A pesca do choco é muito praticada entre nós, regra geral, em águas pouco profundas e abrigadas, pelo que, as rias, lagoas, enseadas e estuários são spots preferenciais para a pesca do choco. A pesca do choco é realizada com marés pequenas, isto é, nos dias em que amplitude entre as marés (vazia e cheia) é pequena, o que acontece nas fases da lua que adotam a designação de quarto minguante ou de quarto crescente, pelo que, nessas alturas as correntes são fracas, e permitem que o choco ataque os palhaços. Este tipo de pesca é efetuado numa embarcação e na modalidade de à rola (deriva), sendo que o movimento é originado pela corrente ou pelo vento, em ambas as situações, a velocidade da deriva deve ser inferior a 2 nós, para permitir que o choco consiga atacar o palhaço. Espero que gostem. ------------ This video illustrates a Kayak Fishing trip for cuttlefish in Setúbal, in the company of my friends Carlos Rosa, Vitor Matos, Julien Gonçalves and my wife (Madelaine Jerónimo), in which the weather conditions were acceptable, which provided a pleasant Kayak Fishing Day. Cuttlefish fishing is widely practiced among us, generally in shallow and sheltered waters, therefore, rias, lagoons, coves and estuaries are preferred spots for cuttlefish fishing. Cuttlefish fishing is carried out during low tides, that is, on days when the amplitude between tides (low and high) is small, which happens during the phases of the moon that are called waning or waxing, so at these times the currents are weak, and allow the cuttlefish to attack the egins. This type of fishing is carried out on a boat and in the drifting mode, with the movement being caused by the current or the wind. In both situations, the drift speed must be less than 2 knots, to allow the cuttlefish to attack the egin.
