We also discuss MultiFlex Technology which frankly has left us wondering if it really is necessary. We note that the vacuum has a tendency to leave a little debris behind on the pullback when used on carpet, and we highlight that the cleaner head claws the machine forward thereby fighting against you when you pull it back. In addition, we discuss the weight of the handheld unit, the diminutive size of the dust canister, and the need for the battery to reach a proper temperature before it can be charged.
