I added a large scoop of finished bokashi ferment (for more info on bokashi check out this video • Talking Bokashi composting ) that consisted mostly of edamame shells and watermelon rind. I was nervous to add large chunks of food to the worm bin since I usually add food scraps that have been cut into tiny pieces. I made sure to cover the bokashi ferment after adding it to the bin and checked back 6 days later and ALL of the bokashi ferment had disappeared and the worms were all congregating where the ferment had been.
