Did Apple Lockdown Their Original Parts? iPhone 16 Pro Teardown & Part Testing

Ever since iOS 18 was released, Apple is now playing friendly with independent repair shops like myself & allowing us to use original parts from other phones & calibrate it after installation. 💡 Do you need your iPhone or Samsung data recovered? Some speculation is that the phone will be completely locked out due to this. So I will be disassembling the iPhones & swapping the parts. I will iCloud lock one device & try those parts on the other phone & see what happens. We’ll also just do general testing & checking of the inside of the phones to see what is new in their design.
