Aspire is a VERY sub prime card for people that have NO other option. with its $125 annual fee the first year and (adding the account maintenance fee) the 2nd year on it is a WOPPING $159 This is a card I would not recommend, as there is many better options even some that may require a security deposit would be better than paying $159 each year. Discover has a secured card with out an annual fee and it would have the possibility to graduate in as little as 8 months returning your deposit. My 2 rules on secured cards, they must graduate and no annual fee.
