A lawsuit in 2017 said Customs (CBP) cannot check de-planing domestic travelers. What about if you give consent to Customs? Andres answers questions from immigrants about Advance Parole (I-131) Mr. Mejer answers if you can travel to countries that were not on your Advance Parole application. Why is it really important to remember that Advance Parole does not guarantee re-entry? Who is the only group of people (amongst immigrants) guaranteed re-entry?
