The second day of my Konkan Coastal ride turned out to be the longest and toughest ride of the entire series. I started early from Aravi with no fixed itinerary, no bookings, and no idea what the day would bring. Just me, my motorcycle, and the endless roads of Konkan. The heat was intense, the roads were a mix of smooth highways and rough patches, but the journey had its own magic. On the way, I crossed the legendary Parshuram Ghat, a place deeply connected with the story of Lord Parshuram and the origin of Konkan. And after hours of riding through the red soil, coconut trees, and coastal villages… I finally reached one of Konkan’s most peaceful coastal towns — Vengurla. Clean beaches. Hardly any crowd. Just the sound of waves and endless peace. Sometimes travel is not about ticking famous destinations. It’s about finding places that make you pause… breathe… and feel alive again.
