This is Brooklyn, I am not normally the one in front of the camera, but I thought I'd show y'all one of my favorite recipes: a super easy sourdough discard english muffin recipe from @FarmhouseonBoone! She has some wonderful videos and recipes which we use all the time! Our sourdough starter, Toulouse, is mainly used for bread and sourdough specific recipes. But when you feed a sourdough starter, you could be left with a lot of discard (assuming you don't just throw it out). We store our extra discard (affectionately named Suzette) in the fridge. But Suzette grows quickly, so we're always on the lookout for recipes that use the sourdough discard. One of our favorites has been English muffins!
