2 Days Offshore Out of the St Lucie Inlet *Snapper Mahi and Tuna*

Join us for a two-day offshore fishing trip on Florida’s Atlantic coast! What started off with no bait and a slow troll quickly turned into an action-packed adventure. We deep-dropped our Penn Mariner rod paired with the Penn Rival level-wind reel to pick up vermilion snapper in 300 feet, released a short gag grouper using a descending device, and battled a half-inch-short amberjack on the reef edge. We also worked scattered weed patches in deeper water and picked off a small mahi on a bucktail. Day two brought even better action. With limited time, we switched to trolling our Penn Mariner spinning rod paired with a Penn Pursuit 5000, running Nomad DTX lures and weedless squid rigs. The payoff? A beautiful mahi with incredible colors and back-to-back tuna to end the trip strong.
